EMERGENCY AID TRANSPORT &LOGISTICS
• Through the Port of Caucedo we can transport your supplies to Port-au-Prince and its surroundings. The transit time of the ships from Rotterdam or Felixtowe will be 14 to 22 days. This depends on the Shipping Company. Ask for our best rates and possibilities of the transport from door to door.
• Supplies which are immediately needed in Haiti:
Water, tents and food .
• Tarpaulins are available in Miami: 16 x20ft container, Total 25000 pieces, 140 gsm, 17.50 usd ex Miami, subject to unsold. Miami has accommodation for NGO's to use for handling relief goods to Haiti.
• Water filter systems on solar-energy ; capacity 2500 liters a day. Available in the Netherlands , ex Works, subject to unsold.
• Medical packages (WHO) available in The Netherlands
In cooperation with a Dutch farmer we assembled packages with seeds. They exist of:
Tomato seeds 50.000
Cucumber seeds 30.000
Water melon seeds 20.000
Capsicum seeds 50.000
Melon seeds 30.000
Lettuce seeds 200.000
With this package about 100 farmers can start their work. With this they can realize a good harvest for themselves and to sell to others.These products are used very much in Haiti and are suitable to sow in warmer regions. Sowing instructions will be delivered with the seeds.
